- Daily security updates: downloaded directly from Microsoft as soon as they are released, and automatically installed on your computer.
- Daily computer monitoring: automatic checking of your systems for conditions or unusual activity that may affect normal operation. .
- Remote Desktop: access your office-bound PC from the internet.
- Service Level Agreement . Most problems will be resolved quickly over the phone or by remote control, and in most cases you will get straight through to the helpdesk. However, if our helpdesk agents are busy we will call you back within 1 business hour and if you need a visit to site we will aim to do this within 4 business hours .
Severs are included. Many other support companies will charge you extra for servers. We do not. As long as you include all your computers in the plan you pay the same price for each system, even for the services. However, we only include Windows based computers in the plan at the moment .
