Now We Do Macs

Following a recent update to our software platform, we are now able to provide remote support on Macs with OS X 10.3.9 or later.

Onsite Support Plan (SA-OSP)

You may prefer to spread the cost of your onsite support. If you purchase a Foundation or Unlimited Support Plan then you also have the option to purchase one or more days of onsite support and spread the cost of this over 12 monthly payments.

These days can be used flexibly, in whole or part to:

  • Attend problems that cannot be resolved remotely.
  • Perform upgrades and installations.
  • Provide consultancy and advice, i.e. to attend and answer questions at your internal IT meeting.
  • Carry out other activities that require an onsite presence.
 
Benefits
  • Save money. Buy at discounted daily (rather than hourly) rates.
  • Use your days in full or part as you need to (min. 2 hour block).
  • Ease cashflow by spreading the cost of support over 12 months.
  • Service Level Agreement. We will attend site within 4 hours.
 
Notes
  • This service is currently only available within M25 and Surrey.
  • A maximum  of 1 day can  be carried forward into a subsequent year
