Now We Do Macs

Following a recent update to our software platform, we are now able to provide remote support on Macs with OS X 10.3.9 or later.

Foundation Support Plan (SA-FSP)

Our Foundation Support Plan is ideal for organisations with a small network; providing you with automatic security patching and monitoring of your systems combined with a montly quota of remote assistance and support time from our dedicated helpdesk team.

Pricing is clear and simple, you pay a fixed monthly fee per computer.

 
Features

For each supported system, this includes:

  • Free Setup. No hidden charges for setting up the service.
  • Flat-fee charging. A single cost for all your remote support needs.
  • 10 minutes of Priority Support from our helpdesk. If you regularly require more than this you should consider our Unlimited Support Plan
  • Daily security updates: downloaded directly from Microsoft as soon as they are released, and automatically installed on your computer.
  • Daily computer monitoring: automatic checking of your systems for conditions or unusual activity that may affect normal operation. .
  • Remote Desktop: access your office-bound PC from the internet.
  • Service Level Agreement . Most problems will be resolved quickly over the phone or by remote control, and in most cases you will get straight through to the helpdesk. However, if our helpdesk agents are busy we will call you back within 1 business hour and if you need a visit to site  we will aim to do this within 4 business hours .

Severs are included. Many other support companies will charge you extra for servers. We do not. As long as you include all your computers in the plan you pay the same price for each system, even for the services. However, we only include Windows based computers in the plan at the moment .

 
Notes
  • The total support quota is shared across all supported systems.
  • Unused quota can be carried forward for a maximum of 1 month
  • On-site support NOT included. This doesn't mean we won't provide you with on-site support. If you need a site visit we will attend within 4 hours. On-site work will be charged as Time and Materials.
  • Replacement hardware NOT included. We recommend that all equipment is covered by extended manufacturer’s warranty. Where this is not the case we can obtain and install spare parts for most systems within 2 working days. Where parts are not readily available we can arrange a for a loan machine to be supplied to you for a nominal daily fee. Consumables, parts and materials are chargeable
  • Within M25 and locations specified in the support agreement.
